Public Records Policy

The Tennessee State Museum and the Douglas Henry State Museum Commission will provide economical and efficient access to public records as provided under the Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-503 et seq. (“TRPA”). Click here to read the full public records policy.

Requests for inspection may be made orally, in writing, or by email using the attached Public Records Request Form and may be made in person or by U.S. mail at the Tennessee State Museum, James K. Polk Building, Level B, 505 Deaderick Street, Nashville, TN 37243-1120 or by email at joseph.pagetta@tn.gov.
